Thanks for sharing this.


Albeit I am slightly confused as to what was the window for comment on this (my inbox shows that You sent it just yesterday)? I see that the staff e-mails were asking to reply by the end of the week, and if You sent that question to the EC only Friday or even Thursday this week, there should be no expectation for people to reply in a day, half a day or similar time window, cause we all have jobs and things to do.


So I think we need some common understanding of what are the expected reply time windows, and have a bit more clarity by when the answers are needed.

Nobody commented but seems there's not much need either.

Raoul confirmed he's available and has travel funding.

Farell did not reply at all to my (repeated) mail.

After my double check request Gisella found two more who'd registered
for the LP program, namely Farzaneh Badii and Ayden Ferdeline (who'd
indicated both NCUC and NCSG in his application), but neither is
available any more (Farzi had already withdrawn her registration,
Ayden replied to my email quickly).

So that leaves little choice: Raoul it is.

I'll put Farell in as the alternate just in case.
