[EC-NCSG] Updates & prepare for Dublin meeting

Hi everyone,

as  I informed you before in the last months, I was working with Chris Gift
the VP for digital services regarding a membership management system. after
back and forth, we got a proposal to use a 3rd party system called
"membersclick" (documents and details attached).

the system will offer NCSG more capabilities for integrated membership
management , membership database , applications management, application
form, managing attendance and participation in working groups, creating
profiles, mass mailing, event management etc from the same interface.  so
we can move from existing spreadsheets to such system. this solution will
solve several points and make things more streamlined. ICANN will support
the solution by providing the funding and securing the budget.

Such system is expected to benefit to IPC, BC and ISPC too by having their
own instances.

Please check the proposals. we can have Chris Gift to come and discuss with
us.

With regard to Dublin EC session, can we have the list of issues we want to
discuss?
