[EC-NCSG] Some clarification on NCSG applicants

Hi Rudi,

I am not sure to understand the argument here but let me try to rephrase:
the right webiste is sawera.pk and not sawera.org? so wondering here  why
they filled the form a .org domain? are you saying that they had sawera.org
previously and lost it?
btw to be clear, we are not blocking applications, we are trying to review
and check eligibility. the applicant get the chance to clarify and the
application to be reviewed again. if we have all needed information, we can
do the review for pending applicants via the mailing list if EC members are
happy with that.
@Maryam did you contact the applicants already to check with him last week?
