[EC-NCSG] Some clarification on NCSG applicants

Dear NCSG EC members,

I did some research on the case of SAWERA. 
SAWERA : website is at sawera.pk, the other one at sawera.org is, as we often have discovered, captured. It is not normal a .org is attributed to a commercial entity.

> Company Description : Sawera, Inc. is a business registered in Portland, OR. The primary business activity of this firm is Personal Credit Institutions.
> Business Activities : SIC Code 6141

It would be unfair to block organisations ( small NGO?s ) becoming member of NPOC based on the above. For NPOC they fulfil the requirements and have certainly value to add to the work NPOC has to deliver : a better policy for the NGO?s registering for a domain name and enable them to maintain the ownership. This is one of the biggest issues we already highlighted through our first EU survey. We all recognize the power of the big ones (names) and have to deliver support to the smaller ones : they have the same rights as have the big names ! 

So, I would ask the NCSG EC herewith to accept the application of SAWERA based on the fact that on Internet all information about the SAWERA organisation in Pakistan.
