[EC-NCSG] upcoming open policy meeting

Hi Marie-Laure,

since the next NCSG call should happen next tuesday, I had already setup
the time . I think that Tuesday 2 days before the GNSO council call is the
least worse option.

I think that may be better to move NPOC call to another day  e.g. monday or
maybe the same day (Tuesday) but in  different week than when GNSO council
call is held? 2 calls in the row, even not overlapping can be too much.
I asked for the GNSO council schedule for next months to have more clarity.
what do you think?
