[EC-NCSG] upcoming open policy meeting

Hi Rafik,

I need to reschedule the NPOC monthly calls so that we avoid any conflict
with the open policy monthly NCSG meetings as it happened previously.
Therefore could you please confirm when the upcoming NSCG meetings will be
scheduled?
