[EC-NCSG] upcoming open policy meeting

Hi,

Well, I agree with you. it would not be convenient to have two long calls
in a row (NCSG and NPOC) epecially for our members who are based in other
time zones. My preferred option would be to move it to each second Monday
of the month  instead of each 2d Tuesdays as it is right now.

But of course I need to submit to idea to the NPOC-EC and than, once
approved,  coordinate with the GSNO Sec. I will let you know as soon as we
reach an agreement, hopefully within the next days.
