[EC-NCSG] Important - adding new NPOC Vice Chair to NCSG lists

Dear Cintra,

I spent a good bit over time over the weekend looking for an  
application from ISOC-TT to join the NCSG and couldn't find one.  I  
suspect that there was some confusion from NPOC leaders as to the  
proper process for joining NCSG and so NCSG membership forms were  
never filled out for ISOC-TT.

One must first join NCSG.  And then after acceptance to NCSG, does  
one apply for membership in a constituency such as NPOC and/or NCUC.   
So joining NPOC first is backwards and has led to a lot of confusion  
from NPOC applicants who thought they were automatically members of  
NCSG simply by joining NPOC.

I'm very excited to see you have been appointed NPOC-VC and glad you  
wish to become more engaged.  Now that there is a membership  
application submitted for your organization, it should not take much  
time to approve it and welcome ISOC-TT into the NCSG.

On the issue of your possible appointment to NCSG-EC, Alain told me  
last week you were not appointed to NCSG-EC, so there seems to be  
some confusion about that (I'll forward that email to you separately).

Hopefully we can clear this all up in the next few days and I'm glad  
for the opportunity to be working more closely with you in the coming  
months.
