[EC-NCSG] pending individual membership applications

Dear Colleagues,

I approve these 4 members and am pleased to see the NCSG/NCUC membership
grow... I have not reviewed Ganswar Sahoo's application but will soonest.

I'm not able to make a Friday morning meeting and suggest we hold that
meeting earlier in the week. We should aim to approve all the new and
pending NCSG/NPOC memberships by then.
