[EC-NCSG] pending individual membership applications

Hello NCSG-EC Members,

I also vote to approve these pending membership applications below.

Not having heard any objections on these applications below, these members will be accepted.  If any EC member disagrees and wishes to object to these applications, please do so in the next 24 hours on this list, otherwise, I will inform the below applicants that they are accepted into NCSG as individual members.

Also, there is some interest to hold an NCSG-EC meeting in Prague, so I wanted to raise the issue to see if others thought they could participate (we'll get a phone dial-in line for the mtg for those not in Prague).  If others agree and would like to hold an NCSG-EC mtg in Prague, we could probably get some meeting space on the Friday morning (since the board mtg is no longer on Friday) from ICANN.  What do others think?
