[NCUC-DISCUSS] Fwd: [Gnso-coordination] Continuous improvement principles re GNSO & Council

Oh, and to complicate things even more, seems ALAC is represented
by 6 reps - one for ALAC itself and one each for AFRALO, APRALO,
EURALO, LACRALO and NARALO (with alternates).

We could also have had a NCSG rep in addition to NCUC and
NPOC reps.
