Thank you!

At the moment there is no reaction from the Board on RVCs and they are not
re-opening the issue but different stakeholder groups and At Large brought
up ICANN involvement with content a few times during this meeting and in
their discussions with the Board. The context is DNS abuse. Some members of
CSG argue that in order to fight with DNS abuse they need to look at
content and how much of the content regulation should be in ICANN remit.
Also they brought up CSAM and want to argue that DNS abuse definition is
evolving. More and more I am becoming convinced that phishing and malware
even should not have been among the list of ICANN DNS Abuse related
definitions. But I feel like we do have an argument to make that yes you
might have to look at content to establish phishing but you don't get
involved with suspending or taking down content, it's about taking action
against the domain name and the links.
