[Call for Volunteers] Appointment of representative and alternate to the PPSAI IRT

Hi everyone,

Regarding the strategy on how to approach this problem, are we nonetheless
appointing volunteers while we wait for the GNSO council to act or is it
better to refuse to nominate someone for now?
