HI Farzi,
I think that is good. We need to find a solution. I agree that the
recommendations should not have been removed, but it was and there is nothing we
can do right now. That ship has sailed already.
None of the other constituencies wanted to restart the process, they voted to go
forward with the other recommendations and move forward. It seems the Board
also agreed. The Board and NomCom are now implementing what was in the
recommendations and the public comments.
We need to find out from the Board and from Sally about what happened with all
the advice that all the constituencies sent her with regard to her letter.
Also, what she plans on doing? The rebalancing issues were taken off the public
comment proceedings that went out to the community and that the community
responded to. The pressure on rebalancing is what led to her letter to the
constituencies about what should be done, but this was given last year and
nothing has been done since. So now is the time for action, however, we should
also be realistic in what we hope to accomplish
