Suggested amendments to ICANN's bylaws and NomCom

Thanks Raoul for bringing this here.

Since the bylaw amendment is tilting towards GNSO appointment to NomCom,
can this development increase nomcomercial number of seats on the NomCom
and how would GNSO made the selection.

Would GNSO uses Standing selection committee for the selection. And with
what criteria?

And since Non commercial have been advocating for one more seat, this would
be a good opportunity to made substantial comment in term of how this
should be handled at the GNSO

The Non commercial house need to strategically position to influence as to
increase number of seats on the nomcom.
