If NCUC agrees to do that, then that is an internal conversation to be had
and we don't have to discuss it with the outsiders. I personally don't know
how this resolves the issue, many of NCUC members are NPOC members so in
effect that could already be happening. Also ICANN bylaws says that NCUC
should have a representative, so we need to consider that as well if we
wanna appoint someone explicitly from NPOC we might actually go against the
bylaws!!
In any case, I think other than creating inter-constitutency rivalry and
heart burn, this rotation solution will not work. We need to go and ask the
Board and make a case for having more reps and not focus on battling
internally over this.
