I have incorporated your proposed edits, its now ready from my end.
@Tomslin- the PC can take the next steps (PS- While submitting to the
Board, Please combine the report with the excel sheet at the end as an
annex in PDF format since it was not easy to merge them into the same
document on Google Docs and Google Sheets without having formatting
issues and loosing images).
