alternatively... we can send what Steph and Man-Ju have written (with some
tweaks) to the Board and every other stakeholder and tell them: hey look,
we have issues with the report too but we compromise.
I don't agree with a few things in the letter though. Like this one: "The
contracted parties know best their own legal risk, and since they are the
controllers and responsible for any fines which might come as a result
of enforcement
action, they must be free to decide how to manage the disclosure of
customer information."
It's too absolute.
