[Ext] Was the ABR webinar, an ABR webinar?

Thank you Maryam.

Just to be clear my questions are not at all directed at you personally.

There are issues that Bruna has raised that are still unanswered I believe.

If I am not mistaken, the budget for the course was $12000.00.

The budget was allocated to: Sponsoring a trainer and travel. (see the
decision here
<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=134513539&preview=/134513539/134513540/FY21%20ABR%20Results%20%26%20Rationale%20-%20FINAL%20-%207%20May%202020.pdf>
)

Obviously travel was impossible. So you opted for webinars. But it is
unclear if $12000.00 was spent on these webinars and if spent on what.

Bruna has raised an important point: "I am not aware of how much was spent
with this last webinar and if we have spent anything from the allocated
amount"

Just to be clear I am not commenting on the quality of these webinars or
criticizing ICANN staff. It is absolutely understandable why ICANN had to
do webinars. If you couldn't find a trainer that is fine too. But I think
it's important for us to know if the $12000.00 was spent on these webinars
and if so on what exactly.
