utilizing staff with expertise in these areas. We understand the importance of delivering this ABR to build on the NCUC Policy Writing Courses from FY18,19, and 20.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">thanks for putting this together Bruna, and ICANN staff. It is a hard covid year and it is understandable that we might not want to spend resources on outside training and expertise. But how is this webinar a response to an “ABR”? I don’t
think our request for additional budget was delivered. There was no additoonal budget allocated to us, it seems the current budget was used. All I am saying is that, it’s fine if ICANN doesn’t want to allocate additional budget. But perhaps we can just announce
and accept that fact instead of saying we were allocated additional budget at zero cost! <br>
