What's going on? As presented, the sale of PIR should be rejected by the Board

Di you really think icann has any powers over PIR let alone its board
decision to dispose it to Ethos Capital not withstanding it has some
insider as you claimed.
Its the Isoc global that should worry over that may be reject if they mean
well for the community.
