Opening a bank account

All support to Stephanie on this. Atm we really need to focus on things
that are important and with upcoming deadlines such as the ABRs
submission. Other than that, we have a few public comments which are due
soon such as the report from WT5 of the  New gTLDs Subsequent Procedures WG
and the FY20 operating plan and budget ones.

Such discussions are important but, as mentioned by Stephanie, they can
also add some confusion to some other priorities we might have right now.
And I also do hope that the request for legal advice is done on behalf of
NPOC and does not include NCUC as this subject has not been discussed
internally with the constituency neither its EC.
