Consultation: List of GNSO Fellowship Selection Criteria

Dear all,

Thanks Arsène for that.

Two things:
-Will these criteria be public? (For the applicants to look at)
-If not, will it be made explicit somewhere that attending the various
forms of webinars and other remote newcomers activities figure prominently
in the evaluation criteria?

It seems to me from the wording of those criteria that the main objective
element that is considered in determining "knowledge" is previous
participation in such events/activities. I am not strongly in favour or
against using those as a proxy for "knowledge," but I think that it should
be communicated in some form to the applicants.

Also, I would be glad to know more as to how fulfilling these criteria is
indicative of future engagement in the ICANN community after the
fellowship. I do not necessarily challenge that, and I do not expect a
detailed quantitative assessment, but I would like to know if it has been
part of the reflection.
