Consultation: List of GNSO Fellowship Selection Criteria

Hi all,

As you probably know, Heather Forrest (former GNSO Council Chair) was
appointed to represent the GNSO on the Fellowship Selection Committee.

She has initiated the attached document (which has already received
comments from a few Council members) and is seeking more inputs from
the Council (and therefore, to the broader GNSO through its reps on
Council).

I am sharing this document here to seek your inputs on what you think
should be the criteria the GNSO rep will push for in selecting the
next round of fellows (for ICANN66 meeting).

Can you please share either on the list or privately (by April 15 or
so) what you think about what's on the list or if you would like to
add more to the list.
