Elsa Saade as temp alternate to Arsene on GNSO Council

It is indeed a very important issue. Farzi has raised it in the past,
unfortunately we met with the Board this morning and did not raise it
but we should gather that list and send it forward, we were invited to
reach out to them and do followup. Who do we have that had visa problems?
