Organizational rep/individual members in elections

Dear Farzaneh,
I do agree with Nadira. individual members who rep an organization should not be allow to vote twice. In any case the individual member should either be given the option to vote for him self or for the organization representing. 
It becomes cheating when one has to vote twice.
