Organizational rep/individual members in elections

Thanks Farzaneh for opening this thread.
Simply, the organizational members has to have a voting member different
than any of their individual members. If it happens to be the same as you
are describing then there is clear unfairness for the double votes in this
case one vote has to be counted.
The organizational members need to update their status on a yearly basis to
validate their representative against the individual members' list.
