Hi,

Please review the proposed guidelines that ICANN org is asking us to comment on, and the questions they have for us, and if you believe there is anything unaddressed, please expand upon the text in the Google Doc. It is open for anyone to edit (and thanks to those who have suggested edits into the document already).

Remember that this response will only be reviewed by Constituency Travel, and not the Meeting Support team, so remarks that fall outside the scope of the public comment are unlikely to be seen by the relevant department. As Rafik notes, letters sent to ICANN org will be publicly archived, sent to the correct department, and a response provided in due course.
