Rafik, Farzi,

I fully concur with the points raised by the two of you, I did not mean to
namely mention the company; with my email I was meaning only to shine a
light on some of the things that keep on happening to us, -  but maybe just
a paragraph on how diverse our community is and the need for proper support
with visa processes works better in this specific context.  And I would
love to help draft a statement on the visas issue, as suggested by Steph.
