Thank you for taking the effort to draft this. While the submission<br>
raises many excellent points, I would suggest that paragraphs 9, 10<br>
and 11 should be deleted, as it is fundamentally inconsistent with our<br>
prioritization in terms of maximizing participation. ICANN has a<br>
finite pot of money to spend on travel. If they can support 10<br>
travellers on economy premium, or 12 people on basic economy, we<br>
should be supporting the use of basic economy, so more people can<br>
attend. I also think that the focus on status and air miles<br>
appears frivolous and self-indulgent, and will serve to discredit the<br>
other more valid and operational concerns that we raise.<br>
