Agreed.
  
 In porting the Accountability reforms to the GNSO, the Drafting Team 
involved always assumed that it would be the GNSO Chair who would represent 
the SO in the Empowered Community Administration (ECA). I think expanding 
that concept to allow for a Vice Chair to take that role if so desired 
and/or required is an improvement on that concept and should be supported.

I agree that the GNSO Chair or VC is the appropriate person for this 
capacity.  No need to reinvent the wheel and start creating new and 
confusing power structures for the GNSO to act in the empowered community.
