<div>In porting the Accountability reforms to the GNSO, the Drafting Team involved always assumed that it would be the GNSO Chair who would represent the SO in the Empowered Community Administration (ECA). I think expanding that concept to allow for a Vice Chair to take that role if so desired and/or required is an improvement on that concept and should be supported.</div>
