Really? We have a done deal?

Even the Board policy is not a done deal as the new gTLD Subsequent 
Procedure PDP WG will need to evaluate that and either recommend it
becomes a done deal or gets changed.  Currently Sub Team 2. which I
think owns this topic, seems on the way to deciding to stay with the
status quo as indicated by the Board, but the GAC has not jumped on the
topic in the WG yet. They still might as they do keep bringing in ISO 2l
codes into the geonames discussion.
