Preparation for ICANN LA meeting starting / LA HIGH-INTEREST TOPIC SESSION

FWIW, some of these topics, while important in the abstract, are so vague I
can't imagine having an informative conversation about them (especially in
a large group setting).

Therefore, I'd like to focus on topics like 4, 6, [7&11] where there are
specific recommendations being considered, programs being implemented, etc.
