[NCSG-PC] [Call for volunteers] Public Comment: Pilot Holistic Review Revised Draft Terms of Reference

Hi Kathy,

Thank you. This email was to serve as a wake up request for the PC to
review the document because there hasn't been any comment from the team
here regarding the document which I shared on the NCSG list.

I did send Bolu a parallel email to the PC one, asking him to integrate the
comments that were given during the PC meeting to the document and for him
to modify the format.
