[NCSG-PC] Two sessions during Bali

Hi Farzaneh,

Same as Bruna, very supportive of the HRIA session to focus on PDP2 API Access.

For the townhall, it’s an interesting topic but I’m curious what the objective would be? As sanctions are not within ICANN’s remit, my question would be who are we targeting with the session. If the idea is primarily to raise awareness of the issue then the townhall format makes a lot of sense! We may just need to tread carefully regarding what cases we highlight (assuming that we want to highlight any specific incidents).

As it is customary, we have a Human Rights Impact Assessment or a
thematic session each ICANN meeting and occasionally an HRIA Townhall.

I think the HRIA should be focused on DNS Abuse PDP2 API access, and
the HRIA townhall should revolve around the issue of sanctions and
their impact on people's HR when it comes to access to domain names.

I am going to suggest these two themes and take it from there.
