[NCSG-PC] Two policy meetings

Hi Farzaneh,

Thanks for sharing the PC sessions agenda. Currently for NCSG sessions, we
got 2 sessions including a wrap-up. The agenda there is for updates from
the ICANN86 for SSAD, ADC, RoR sessions and also our joint sessions.
