[NCSG-PC] Our agenda and meetings for Mumbai meeting

Hello all
Attached you find a set of slides with all the relevant information and
agenda of our two policy committee meetings. And the human rights impact
assessment and DNS abuse PDP session.

For our board session, please carefully read the human rights impact
assessment memo on their resolution in October. THIS IS IMPORTANT: we are
going to discuss this document during a policy committee meeting but if you
care about how we do human rights impact assessment and have opinions on
how we relay it to the board, and want to give feedback before we present
this verbally to the Board, please provide your comments:

We have three human rights sessions:
DNS abuse and HRIA (which I have attached the slides)

new gtld applications and HRIA: we have invited several speakers and Avri
Doria to talk about challenges and the potential human rights implications
if any

Human Rights Townhall: this one is free form. we have blocks of time which
we allocate to different topics and also people can come and take the mic
and tell us what human rights issues are at stake.
