[NCSG-PC] Allocating 45 to 60 minutes of PC meeting

The Delhi High Court has ruled that registrars for .IN registrations should
do KYC among other things. This will impact registrars outside of India
jurisdiction. It will also have human rights effect. I was wondering if the
group wants to allocate 45 to 60 minute of Saturday PC meeting to this case
to discuss with the registrars and civil society orgs (we can invite IFF)
