[NCSG-PC] ICANN84 follow-up

hi all,

We got some follow-up from ICANN84 based on discussions during our session.
Listing them based on my rough notes:
1- I think Farzaneh suggested to draft and send a letter about PPSAI to the
board
2- Regarding DNS abuse, preparing a position paper to summarize NCSG
positions, consolidate inputs  and briefing on the topic. I believe
Michaela suggested working on that. After that we can have a NCSG call on
the topics and prepare for the discussion on ICANN 84.
3- A proposal one centralized document for policy topics with background.
We can task the NCSG fellow to help with that. We also have to update the
priority list prepared previously by Tomslin, also including the priority
list from GNSO council.
4- I will reach out to SSAC and ALAC for follow-up calls on the topics we
discussed with them. For example, SSAC is open for input from NCSG to work
on specific topics we can suggest and conduct HRIA for SSAC recommendations.
5- Prepare HRIA for GAC communique.
6- for CSG, to approve recommendations and start the process for board seat
14. From our side, we will have a discussion with the incumbent to review.
For the GNSO chair election, we will wait for CSG to send the candidate for
our review.

Please let me know if I missed any action items or follow-up. also you can
suggest other points.
