[NCSG-PC] [NCSG-EC] Preparing for ICANN83 Readout

Hi all,

Thanks for the suggestions. a few comments:
1- regarding guests we need to find the right number to invite (3 or 4) and
confirm attendance so they can have enough time to speak and be interested
to join. We met with SSAC, ALAC, CSG to talk about several topics with
different representatives but the intent of the readout is to share reports
not necessarily to continue discussion
2- I see Pedro can confirm but waiting for others to do so. Also it will be
great to prepare some slide deck.

with regard to meeting agenda, as first draft to move the discussion

1- Reports from NCSG side: highlights and outcomes
2- Reports from other SO/AC/board
3- Q&A
