[NCSG-PC] Approve Board Seat 14 Recommendations

Hi all,

As follow-up of NCPH meeting, we should approve the recommendations for
selection of board seat 14 asap if there is no strong concern. After that
we have to send it to GNSO council with CSG to be added to the GNSO OP.

We will start the process for confirming or selecting board seat 14 soon.
