[NCSG-PC] [NCSG-EC] NCSG sessions draft agendas

Hi Pedro,

We don't have a bilateral with RSSAC or SSAC. The meeting with GAC will be
Sunday 09 March 09:30-10:00 local time and that is clashing with the NPOC
session and the first GNSO council working session.
