[NCSG-PC] Associated Domain Check Charter- please comment

Hello NCSG and NCSG PC

We tried really hard to have a charter that mentions the need for remedies,
consider human rights impact assessment and in general bring more
accountability for a solution that has human rights risks and was not
researched well before suggested.

As I mentioned, we decided to defer that vote on the motion for the council
because we have fundamental problems with ADC but the deferral was not
accepted. What was accepted was convening a drafting team. Which in my
opinion was very rushed. The drafting team has worked on this document:

I don't want to call this a done deal. It was too rushed. I still think we
need to have a transparency language in there somewhere. Please feel free
to comment on this, we either discuss it with the drafting team or at the
council.
