I have put together a (very rough) draft contribution for the public comment on the RDRS Policy Alignment Analysis.

I would appreciate any feedback! As a reminder, the deadline for input is 15 December so if possible, it would be great to have any comments/inputs in by COB Wednesday 10 December. We will then have a few more days to circulate in the broader mailing list and integrate any final input.

 Flagging for @farzaneh badii<mailto:farzaneh.badii at gmail.com> in particular as I know you have been especially active on this topic and much of the draft is pulled from the session you organized at ICANN84 session on HRIAs for RDRS.
