[NCSG-PC] Fwd: nextgen Mentor nomination

Let us agree that among the responsibilities for being a mentor is related
to actual policy work. But are we trying to say it is only those with
council experience that have experience in the policy process? I don't
think so.

I suggest we open the opportunity to those who dont even have council
experience, especially when the NextGen programme introduces new people to
the ICANN family. Hope you agree 😊
