[NCSG-PC] Topics for session with GAC

Hi Manju,

Thanks for those suggestions! We can promote HRIA on DNS abuse during our
interactions with those groups and working on common areas of interests for
others.
Looking to hear from other members. We can send a list and narrow down
later when sessions are scheduled and then work on preparing them.
