[NCSG-PC] Topics for session with GAC

Hi Rafik and all,

One topic we should be sharing with all the ACs and CPH is the HRIA on DNS
Abuse. Since DNS Abuse is a topic that garners interests from all groups in
the community, it is important we educate them aspects of this topic that
has often been neglected. Although we had and will have sessions during
ICANN meetings re. HRIA on DNS Abuse, understanding that everyone will be
busy with their schedule, it'd be helpful to brief them on highlights and
insights of the session, too.

Since GAC always has a high turnover rate of its membership, I think it is
important we start with a self-introduction, basically educating them who
we are and what we advocate for in ICANN. We can share a list of topics
where we were aligned with the GAC, e.g. closed generics, public interest
commitments (PICs), and applicant support, highlighting our
common interests. And then we can see if we want to move on to topics that
we don't always feel the same, e.g. registration data and DNS Abuse.

As we will be approaching the deadline of ASP during ICANN82, one good
topic might be how we can work together for a last-push for ASP. This topic
applies to both the GAC and ALAC.
