[NCSG-PC] [Call for Candidates] Application for 2025 NCSG Rep to GNSO Standing Selection Committee

Back when I was on the SSC (and even chaired it) the members of the SSC
were Councillors. That seems to have changed. I can see reasons both for
and against. On one hand, the SSC represents the Council, so from that
point of view SSC members should be councilors, but on the other hand
we might want to spread some of the workload away from the councilors
(not that the SSC has been that much work).
Anyway, if we prefer to have SSC reps be councilors, I hereby express
my interest, as I have been on the SSC (and chaired it) in the past
(OK, the last selection we did when I was chair of the SSC was to
appoint my successor as GAC liaison, so not sure that is a very good
track record, but....). If we prefer to have non-councilors on the SSC,
I give my full support to Pedro.
