hi all,

more about the schedule for ICANN82, so we got some changes here and there
as described below.
any objection to what is proposed or comment? For the block schedule it
seems fine. shortening geopolitical sessions doesn't look as an issue for
us since we have more concerns about the topics and organization.

For NCSG sessions, we will start discussion soon and with aim the
streamline them with constituencies too.

Dear all,



In preparation for our second Production call on Wednesday 4th December
2024 at 17:00 UTC, please find attached the second version of the Block
Schedule updated as per your collective suggestions.



Recent changes are as follow:



   - Welcome Ceremony extended by 15 mins.
   - ccNSO with ccTLD Board members moved from Thursday to Wednesday block
   4 as per Alejandra’s request.
   - Wednesday slots freed up to avoid conflicts with DNSSEC Workshop, GAC
   Communiqué and GNSO Council sessions.
   - Geopolitical Forum moved from Wednesday block 2 to avoid conflicts as
   mentioned above, but also to have a shorter interactive session (60 mins
   instead of 90) given the update section of the session will take place
   during Prep Week.
   - Placeholder Grant Program session moved from Sunday to leave the
   weekend to community work to Thursday after lunch and before the Community
   Wrap Up sessions.
   - Placeholder Board session on Thursday afternoon cancelled after
   consulting with Board support staff colleagues.
   - Tech Day, DNSSEC Workshop, GAC Communiqué & GNSO Council have been
   added at the top of each relevant day for scheduling awareness.



These changes have been discussed with SO/AC staff support colleagues who
assist with scheduling your respective sessions at ICANN meetings, but
remain suggestions only until agreed upon by the SOAC Chairs. Please
therefore take a look and let us know on the list or during the call on
Wednesday if you have objections or other suggested changes.
